All necessary documentation Including permits have been obtained.
All works carried out by a qualified contractor.
Any noise resulted from building works are to be carried out within the hours of your local council regulation
Any damages or loss to common property will be restored or reinstated at the owners cost.
All rubbish and waste are to be removed from common property daily and the common property bins are not to be used.
All common areas will be cleaned daily to the areas affected by renovation works.
Rectificatlon orders can be made against them for damage caused by works that has been carried out.
